Event information
Dates, itinerary, tournament format and inclusions are presented in good faith and may be adjusted by the organisers or the cruise line. The conditions that apply are those of the programme and the travel contract you receive when you book.
Priority list and bookings
Joining the priority list is not a booking and does not commit you to book. Package travel bookings are governed by the travel agency's general conditions and by Portuguese package travel law (Decree-Law no. 17/2018).
Participants' area
- Your account is personal: do not share your email and password.
- Photos in the private galleries are for personal use. Do not publish or share them publicly without the consent of the people in them.
- We may deactivate accounts that are misused.
Content and brand
The texts, photos, logo and the Cruise Padel brand belong to the organisers or their authors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site available and the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to, such as the priority list form platform.
Dispute resolution
For consumer disputes you can use an alternative dispute resolution body; the list is on the Portuguese Consumer Portal. The electronic complaints book is also available.
